Orders can generally be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided fulfillment has not progressed beyond the point where the order can reasonably be modified. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number.

If a product arrives damaged, contact uu.life support as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos so the issue can be verified. Qualifying damaged products are resolved through replacement. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, qualifying loss or damage in transit is also covered and, once confirmed, a replacement will be arranged. Our guarantee is replacement-based rather than a general refund guarantee.
