"Company", "we", "us", and "our" mean the operator of uu.life. "Site" means uu.life and any related storefront operated by the Company. "Products" means premium-grade research peptides, accessories, and related goods sold through the Site. "Customer" means the person placing an order.
Customers must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that the order is lawful in the delivery location and that any applicable institutional or local rules have been reviewed.
Products are supplied strictly as research compounds, for laboratory and research use only. They are not approved as drugs or supplements and are not sold for human or veterinary consumption or for diagnosing, treating, or preventing any condition. The Site does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, or therapeutic claims.
Orders are placed through the Site and checkout is processed securely through established payment providers. Available payment methods vary by location and may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Klarna and cryptocurrency. A processing fee of 3% of the order value, calculated after any discount, applies to every order regardless of the payment method chosen, and is itemised in the cart and at checkout before payment. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order that appears incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
All prices on the EU store are listed in euros (€). Product prices, shipping charges, VAT, duties, and any other applicable charges are shown or calculated during checkout where required. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are charged at the price shown at checkout.
Orders are fulfilled across most of Europe. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and most deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days, although times vary by destination and carrier. Free shipping applies to orders over €250. Products are shipped with tracked, discreet, temperature-conscious handling. Optional Shipping Protection can be added at checkout; a protected shipment confirmed lost or damaged in transit is replaced at no additional product cost. Without Shipping Protection, risk of loss passes when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Our guarantee is replacement-based rather than a general refund guarantee. If a Product arrives damaged, the Customer must contact support as soon as possible with the order details and clear photos so the issue can be verified. Qualifying damaged Products are resolved through replacement. Where Shipping Protection was added at checkout, confirmed loss or damage in transit is also resolved through replacement. Eligibility may require order details, product photos and batch information. For safety reasons, opened Products cannot be returned.
A Customer may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided fulfillment has not progressed beyond the point where the order can reasonably be modified. Once an order has shipped, the replacement guarantee applies. We may cancel an order before fulfillment if payment fails, details cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, or the order appears to breach these Terms.
Products are provided as-is with batch Certificates of Analysis confirming tested identity and composition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for misuse, improper storage, unlawful handling, indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or any claim exceeding the amount paid for the relevant order.
The Site, brand assets, product copy, images, design, layout, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Company. Customers may not copy, reuse, scrape, modify, or distribute Site content without written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We collect the information needed to process orders, communicate with Customers, support delivery, and meet legal obligations. Payment data is handled by our payment providers and is not stored on our servers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site applies to orders placed after it is published. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date in the page footnote.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protection rules. Any dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction.
