What it is

Glow is a three-peptide blend of GHK-Cu, TB-500, and BPC-157 in a single lyophilized vial. GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the human tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, a collagen fragment found in plasma. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4, and BPC-157 is a gastric pentadecapeptide. The three have been studied separately, not as this combination.

No published research has examined this three-peptide combination. Human data are limited to small GHK-Cu skin studies and thymosin beta-4 trials, while BPC-157 findings are almost entirely from rodent models.

In a randomised study of 13 patients after circumoral CO2 laser skin resurfacing, blinded evaluation found no significant difference in erythema or wrinkles with GHK-Cu skin care, while patient-reported improvement in overall skin quality favoured GHK-Cu at 12 weeks (P = .04).
