What it is

Klow is a four-peptide blend of GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157, and KPV in a single lyophilized vial. It adds KPV, a lysine-proline-valine tripeptide derived from alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, to the three-peptide GHK-Cu, TB-500, and BPC-157 combination. Each constituent has its own separate literature, and the blend itself has not been studied.

No published research has examined this four-peptide combination. KPV and BPC-157 evidence is entirely preclinical, GHK-Cu human studies are small, and human trials exist only for full-length thymosin beta-4.

In DSS colitis and CD45RB-high transfer colitis in mice, KPV produced earlier recovery, significantly stronger regain of body weight, and significantly reduced inflammatory infiltrate and colonic myeloperoxidase activity.
