What it is

Wolverine is a two-peptide blend of BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single lyophilized vial. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid partial sequence of a protein isolated from human gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4, an actin-sequestering protein released by platelets at sites of injury. The blend itself has not been studied as a combination.

No published study has examined this two-peptide combination. BPC-157 evidence is almost entirely preclinical, and human trials exist only for full-length thymosin beta-4, not for the TB-500 fragment.

In a rat Achilles tendon-to-bone transection model, BPC-157 groups showed higher Achilles functional index scores and significantly greater load to failure and stiffness than saline controls over 21 days.
